Show Kindness. Be the Light in Someone's Dark Day.
Every one of us will walk through dark days.
Days when life feels heavy.
Days when discouragement whispers louder than hope.
Days when we wonder if anyone notices what we're carrying.
The beautiful truth is this:
You may be the light someone has been praying for.
Today's Matthew 25 Challenge is an invitation to become that light.
Not through grand gestures.
Not through extraordinary wealth.
But through ordinary acts of extraordinary love.
A smile.
A bottle of water.
A meal.
A listening ear.
A helping hand.
A kind word spoken at just the right moment.
Sometimes we underestimate the power of simple kindness because it feels so small.
But to the person receiving it, that one act may become the turning point of their entire day.
Today's challenge is simple:
Show kindness. Be the light in someone's dark day.
Look for someone who seems discouraged.
Notice the person standing alone.
Offer encouragement to someone who looks overwhelmed.
Share a meal with someone in need.
Give away something you no longer need to someone who does.
Most importantly...
Let people know they are seen.
Jesus never ignored people who were hurting.
He moved toward them.
He listened.
He healed.
He loved.
And He left us with these words:
"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of Mine, you did for Me."— Matthew 25:40
Imagine a world where each of us chose to become a light instead of waiting for someone else to shine.
One act of kindness could become ten.
Ten could become one hundred.
One hundred could become a movement.
That is exactly what The Matthew 25 Challenge is all about.
Not waiting for the world to change...
Becoming the reason it does.
So today...
