Notice Someone. Let Them Know They Matter Today.
One of the deepest human needs is to know that we matter.
To be seen.
To be heard.
To know that our presence makes a difference in someone else's life.
Sadly, many people walk through each day feeling invisible.
The elderly neighbor whose phone never rings.
The cashier who serves hundreds of people but is rarely thanked.
The coworker who quietly carries heavy burdens.
The person sitting alone at lunch.
The stranger who wonders if anyone would notice if they disappeared.
Today's Matthew 25 Challenge is beautifully simple:
Notice someone.
Then let them know they matter.
Not tomorrow.
Not when it's more convenient.
Today.
Offer a sincere compliment.
Send a text of encouragement.
Write a handwritten note.
Hold the door open with a smile.
Buy someone a coffee.
Ask someone how they're really doing—and take time to listen.
Sometimes the greatest gift we can give another person is not money.
It's our attention.
When we truly see someone, we remind them they are valuable.
Jesus lived this every day.
He noticed people others overlooked.
He spoke with those society rejected.
He stopped for those everyone else hurried past.
He reminded the forgotten that they were deeply loved.
He said:
"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of Mine, you did for Me."— Matthew 25:40
Imagine if each of us intentionally noticed just one person every day.
How many lonely hearts would feel seen?
How many discouraged people would find hope?
How many lives would change because someone simply stopped long enough to care?
That is the heart of The Matthew 25 Challenge.
Not changing the whole world in a single day...
But changing someone's world today.
So...
Get Caught in the Act of Love.
Take a photo if it's appropriate.
Share your story.
Inspire someone else to join the movement.
Because every person deserves to know they matter.
One act.
One person.
One day.
Together, we are building a world where kindness is no longer rare—it becomes our way of life.
